My goals are gone after a reinstall or a new phone

Goals are saved on your phone. With SelfLore Pro you can turn on Settings → Sync across devices to keep them on all your phones. Without sync, they come back when you restore an iCloud (iPhone) or Google (Android) backup that was made while you had them.

I subscribed to SelfLore Pro, but it’s locked

Open Settings → Restore purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with. If you use sync, signing in on another phone brings Pro along too, even on the other platform.

How do I cancel SelfLore Pro?

Open Settings → Manage subscription, or the subscriptions page of your Apple Account or Google Play. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and your goals are never deleted.

How do I delete my data?

Settings → Delete all data erases your goals from the phone, and Settings → Delete account removes your synced goals and your sign-in. For crash reports, analytics or purchase records, email support@cyronidas.com. The Privacy Policy explains what’s collected.
